I get it, I have been there too
Since I was 15, I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, and stress. On the outside, I seemed happy and successful, but inside, I was in pain and felt hopeless. In my late twenties, I almost took my own life, so I truly understand how dark it can get.
Becoming a monk transformed my emotional state into happiness.
